Terms of Service

1. The service

EduNexa provides software for school administration (students, academics, fees, attendance, and related tools). Features marked as beta or “coming soon” may change or be unavailable.

2. School responsibilities

• You must be authorized to register and operate a school account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including student and parent records.
• You must obtain any required consents for processing minors’ data.
• You must keep admin credentials secure and revoke access when staff leave.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the API, attempt to access another school’s data, upload malicious files, or use EduNexa for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform security.

4. Accounts and portals

School admins may provision student, teacher, and parent portal accounts. Temporary passwords must be changed on first login. Users must not share credentials.

5. Fees and plans

Subscription pricing shown on the site may change. Paid plans, refunds, and invoices will be confirmed in writing or in-product when billing is enabled for your school.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Schedule maintenance may occur with notice when practical.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduNexa is not liable for indirect losses, lost data attributable to school-side mishandling, or decisions made solely on exported reports. Schools remain responsible for operational and regulatory compliance.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions: Contact support.
